I love this book! I particularly like its inclusive nature, through your "anyone
can do this" attitude, supported by the way you've broken the creative
process into
manageably small parts. I also enjoyed the many quotations from
disparate sources.
Needless to say, I'll be recommending the book to others
in my organization (and will
be looking for opportunities for us to work together
in the future). Congratulations on
